Red Storm Border Lily Bulbs

Growing just 14-18 in. tall, Red Storm Border Lilies are excellent for edging walkways and borders. Each stem produces several bright red, bell-shaped flowers that bloom from early to midsummer. Great for naturalizing. Bulbs should be planted 5-6 in. deep. While they prefer well-drained soil, they will tolerate heavier soils. After the flowers have bloomed, the foliage should be allowed to die down naturally in the fall. This helps provide nutrients for next season’s blooms. In colder grow zones, the bulbs should be covered with a minimum of 5 in. of soil in the winter. Plant in full sun to part shade. 10-12 cm bulbs. Zones 3-8.
