Gurney’s Champion Radish is mild flavored and doesn’t get that hot, pepper flavor like many other radish varieties. It also stays tender and doesn’t get pithy. A very dependable variety, it produces high yields and grows in many garden settings. These early, fast-maturing radishes are a bright scarlet color, with firm, crisp white flesh. They’re great for salads, sandwiches and garnishing. The seeds grow best when planted in full sun and in rich, well-drained, sandy soils. They’re quick to germinate. 25 DAYS.
